Meet Our Owner : Lorna

Hi, I’m Lorna, a proud Connecticut resident and the founder of Local Quality Cleaners.My journey with cleaning started long before this business back when I was just a child helping my mother around the house. She always emphasized the importance of keeping our home clean and organized. At the time, I didn’t fully understand it. But as I got older, I realized what she was teaching me: a clean space brings peace in a chaotic world. No matter how busy or stressful life gets, coming home to a clean environment creates a sense of calm and comfort.

After graduating high school, I worked in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, helping clients with daily activities and keeping their living spaces clean and safe. It was there that I saw firsthand how much a clean environment meant to people especially those who needed support.Later, I explored careers in healthcare and IT, but I kept coming back to my true passion: cleaning. That’s when the idea for Local Quality Cleaners was born. I wanted to create more than just a cleaning company, I envisioned a modern, professional service that:
